Therapeutic Massage is a very relaxing and soothing massage that incorporates different techniques such as rolling, kneading and percussion to improve circulation and relieve tension.

Also know as "Headache Massage". By focusing on the head, neck and shoulders we can relieve tension. Using the appropriate tools and acupressure points.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Hot Oil Scalp Massage
Using warm oil, the head and shoulders are massaged to elevate the level of relaxation. This is also great for sinus pressure, allergy relief and such. Use of essential oils and hot towels aid in the drainage of congestions. The warm oil is distributed throughout the hair allowing it to penetrate the follicles for healthier hair. After massage you can keep the oil in your hair for maximum benefits.

I've offer training to other service industry providers to enhance their current services. Along with a hands on training session, there is a powerpoint provided.
Session times and price depend on rather it is a team or an individual.
